Summer Speed and Development Camps

The off season is a great time to gain an edge on individual skills  and athletic development. While mental and physical rest is needed, its good to still be active with various cross training activities. We'd like to introduce you to one of those options: Prodigy Sports Performance's Elite Athletic Development Camp. Offered in 3 week sessions, chose one or both sessions. Work to maximize movement technique, gain speed and quickness and increase mobility for injury prevention.
