Dublin United Soccer League encourages adults and youth ages 14 and older to participate in our referee programs.

Dublin United offers a competitive pay scale with games ranging from U-10 through U-19. We have openings for league games as well as our tournaments (Shamrock, Fall Classic, Crossroads Invitational, and the Dublin Cup).

DUSL offers referee license clinics in the summer of each year. Youth and adults wishing to become referees, as well as coaches, assistant coaches and team managers are encouraged to participate in these classes.

Dublin United would like to encourage all referees to register as soon as possible for the new season. Registration is easy and convenient using the US Soccer Federation (USSF) online system.

The USSF registration system will ask you for your USSF ID. If you do not know your ID (it is on your referee registration card that you were sent when you last registered), you can click on “Forgot USSFID?” and you will go to a web page where you can type in some information (Last Name, Birth Date, Town) and your USSF ID will be given to you.

Dublin United offers referee license clinics each summer.

All youth participants must have turned 14 by August 1 in order to referee. The cost for this training is $40, which covers US Soccer registration.

Each clinic is limited to 25 people. The first four classes consist of 3-hour classroom sessions The 5th session is a field session. The 6th session is the test. The test consists of 100 questions, you must get 75% correct to pass. If necessary, you may miss one of the four classroom sessions but not the field session.
