Shamrock Jamboree

The Dublin United Soccer League invites applications from your team(s) to participate in its Jamboree to be held on the weekend of August 9 & 10 2008.

LOCATION:     Dublin Sports Grounds

FACILITIES:    5 fields,  parking, restrooms, and snack bar.

ELIGIBILITY:  Northen California teams must be registered with CYSA-N membership in USYSA or appropriate FIFA affiliation.

APPLICATIONS:  Rosters must be filed on the standard “team application – CYSA Sanctioned Tournament” form or the enclosed form and sent directly to the Jamboree director.  Teams from outside of  District 3 must have the approval by their District Commissioners or District Tournament Coordinator.  Teams will be selected on a first come first served basis.

AGE GROUPS:  Under 9 & 10 class 1 and   3 both boys and girls.   Maximum roster size 14.

FORMAT:  Games will be played on Sat. and Sun.   Each team will play 4  games.  20 Min. halves.  Teams must warm up off the fields.  All games will start on the hour.  There will be no play-off games and no placement will be recorded.

REFEREES:  All teams must bring  their own  referee or you can rent a Referee.  Home team will provide the center and Visitors will provide linesman.

AWARDS:  Pins and programs for all players.

FEES:  $100 per team entry fee, to cover facility costs, must accompany each application. If you need to Rent a Referee you need to include an extra $40.00.   Please make checks payable to “ Dublin  United  Soccer  League”.  Teams will forfeit all fees if withdrawing after acceptance.  Full refund for teams not accepted.

DEADLINES:  All applications must be received by July 10, 2008.  Notification of acceptance or non-acceptance will be made by July 20, 2008.

PLEASE NOTE---IF YOU ARE BRINGING YOUR OWN REFEREE, WE MUST HAVE A CONTACT NUMBER  OF YOUR REFEREE, PHONE NUMBER OR EMAIL ADDRESS, SO OUR REFEREE COORDINATOR CAN CONTACT THEM TO ASSIGN THEM GAMES.  IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE THE CONTACT NUMBER YOU WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE JAMBOREE.
