This article is an overview of field scheduling for Division 1 and 3 teams. The procedures for scheduling have been designed to allow individual teams the flexibility of scheduling field time without needing specific permission from the league Field Coordinator provided that the field time has been permitted by the City of Dublin.
Field time is scheduled using an online field scheduling tool. You may access the tool by clicking on the following URL: http://www.dublinsoccer.org/phpscheduleit
You will see the following screen:

Enter your Email Address and Password and click “Log In”. You will then see the following screen:

This is your main screen. The choices on the left panel allow you to create and view reservations, update your profile, view your specific bookings, or log out of the scheduler.
To create a new reservation, click on Bookings. You will see this screen:

As you drag your mouse across the scheduling grid, each unused grid will light up in green. To create a new reservation, click on the unused grid corresponding to the field location and starting time that you want. You will then see this screen:

You can also create repeating reseverations — every day, week, or month. If you change the “Repeat every” box, you’ll see something like this:

You should fill out the repeating information including setting an end-date. Click on “Check Availability” to make sure that there are no other conflicting reservations in the future. If the system says that the reservation is available, go ahead and click “Save”.
You can also modify or delete one of your existing reservations by clicking on it in the grid. If you click on an existing reservation, you’ll see this screen:

To modify your reservation, update the timeslot information and click “Save”.
If you wish to delete an existing reservation, check the “Delete?” box and click “Save”.
The field scheduler will send you an email confirmation of your reservation changes. If you have any questions, send email to the field scheduler administrator fieldsched@dublinsoccer.org
