Dublin United seeking Premier Registrar for 2010

Dublin United is seeking a qualified individual to serve as Premier Registrar for the 2010 season.  This compensated position will be responsible for working with the club, CYSA-North, and US Club Soccer in processing paperwork for Dublin United soccer players.  For more information or to submit an application, please send email to the club Executive Committee (exec@dublinsoccer.org).

  1. Prepare Club registration flyer for distribution to local schools.
  2. Obtain Dublin Unified School District approval to distribute flyers and, once approved, make copies and deliver flyers to all Dublin schools.
  3. Work with Club President, Director of Finance, Director of House Programs, Director of Premier Programs, and LeagueOne to set up online registration.
  4. Coordinate registration walk-in dates and oversee walk-ins.
  5. Receive registration paperwork and verify that all information has been submitted.
  6. Reconcile registration paperwork with payments in conjunction with Club Director of Finance.
  7. Verify birth certificates are on file and request a copy from parent/coach if not.
  8. Obtain CYSA 1628 disclosure forms from all Premier coaches and assistant coaches
  9. Create Premier teams in LeagueOne and assign coaches/player as directed by Director of Premier Programs.
  10. Work with CYSA District 3 Registrar to validate teams in LeagueOne and approve all CSYA paperwork.
  11. Put together team binders for all Premier teams to include CYSA Goldenrod roster, player signed CYSA 1601 forms, and player passes.
    1. Print and assemble approved player passes and team rosters
    2. Deliver and pick up packets for CYSA District 3 registrar
    3. Contact Premier coaches for team binder pickup
  12. As requested by Director of House Programs and working with the House Registrar and District 3 Registrar, create CYSA credentials and binders for House players U-10 and above.
  13. As requested by Director of Premier Programs, register Premier players and coaches in US Club Soccer online registration system, Request player passes in US Club Soccer online registration system.  Transmit electronic player passes to appropriate Premier team officials.  Communicate with US Club Soccer officials, as needed, to resolve issues or problems in Premier US Club Soccer player registration.
  14. Process canceled Premier team registrations, player adds/drops/transfers through CYSA and/or US Club Soccer registration systems.
  15. Provide registration reports/updates to the Director of Finance and other Board members as requested.
  16. Communicate with Director of Premier Programs, Director of House Programs, Director of Finance, other Club and Premier team officials as needed to resolve Premier team registration issues or problems.

All services to be provided to meet deadlines imposed by the Club, the CYSA District 3 Registrar, and US Club Soccer.
